Amanda Farahany, managing partner at Barrett & Farahany (B&F), has led the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into plaintiff-side employment law. Committed to innovation and ethical representation, Amanda has spearheaded legal technology advancements at her firm for 26 years. Starting as a solo practitioner all those years ago, Barrett & Farahany has grown to be a power-house in Labor and Employment law. Now with 17 attorneys on staff, practicing in eight states, the Atlanta based firm takes on complex employment cases, never afraid to go to trial to win justice for their clients.

Amanda saw AI's potential to augment various aspects of her practice, from administrative tasks to key legal casework. Her firm's adoption of AI technology was driven by a desire to eliminate cumbersome and repetitive tasks that computers excel at, allowing their legal professionals to focus on their strengths.
