The impact of becoming AI-Native

With Frontier Law Center

“AI has transformed every aspect of our practice. Beyond an exponential increase in efficiency, it's fundamentally changed how we operate. Not only do we have the insights to target high-value cases early on – we have the resources to take on more cases and achieve better outcomes for our clients.” - Manny Starr, Managing Partner
"AI has transformed every aspect of our practice. Beyond an exponential increase in efficiency, it's fundamentally changed how we operate. Not only do we have the insights to target high-value cases early on – we have the resources to take on more cases and achieve better outcomes for our clients.”

Frontier Law Center adopted AI early, and they didn’t just incorporate AI into a specific process, they brought it in to underpin the entirety of their firm’s operations. Working with Eve, Frontier Law Center was able to become AI-Native: with AI helping through case intake, through drafting and key legal documents, even helping in litigation.

And over a year later, the results are in. Frontier Law Center is able to do what few could do so far - quantify the exact impact that AI has had on their firm. Meticulously data-driven, the firm was able to analyze their performance pre and post AI. Let’s dig into the numbers!

Frontier Law Center was able to increase caseload by 2.5X - without adding headcount.

By augmenting their team with AI, each team member is able to do more - adding up to the firm being able to take on more cases. In 2023 and 2024 the firm was able to work over 2.5X more cases than they were able to handle in 2022, all without having to hire.

The team can now tackle more robust cases that they may not have had the bandwidth for before, while also taking on smaller cases that they might have had to turn down in the past. “What would have been several hours of work, we now complete in minutes”. Says Manny Starr, Managing Partner.

Not only does this lead to more revenue for the firm, it also means that more clients are getting access to justice!

In one year, the average case value for the firm has grown by 90%

By leveraging Eve’s AI, the firm has been able to virtually double the value of each case. Between finding the best cases up front, with their streamlined intake system, and being able to spend more time on the strategy of each case, Frontier Law Center is able to bring in higher profits for themselves, and considerably better outcomes for their clients.

Eve now takes on the heavy lifting and grunt work, and the team can focus on what they do best. Manny says they don’t spend much less time working each case, it’s just that “we can do 5 times more work in the same timespan. The quality of work we deliver is just that much better, resulting in more satisfied clients."

Turning inquiries into clients - intake process shortened by 50 minutes

Especially for contingency based firms, client intake and evaluation is a big investment. Frontier Law Center was able to make this process far more efficient - wasting fewer resources while finding the best cases, and also creating positive client interactions.

By recording and transcribing intake calls, and bringing them into Eve to be analyzed and sorted, Frontier Law Center was able to reduce the average time to onboard new cases from 90 minutes down to 40 minutes. "We no longer need to laboriously fill out intake forms or follow up with clients about missed information, the team is able to focus on identifying key case details and building trust with the clients.” Says Manny.

Implementing a streamlined intake process significantly improved client satisfaction and conversion rates for Frontier Law Center. Before introducing Eve and the updated processes, the firm only converted 10% of their inquiries into cases. With the help of AI, they now convert 35% of all leads into active cases.
